Eric Wilen was honored by the DuPage Estate Planning Council for serving as president for 2022-2023. Eric will remain on the board as a past president.
The DuPage Estate Planning Council is an organization of professionals including attorneys, trust officers, bankers, accountants and wealth managers that specialize in estate and wealth planning. During his term as president, Eric arranged a panel presentation of DuPage probate, trust and estate judges; scheduled various speakers on relevant topics for the council’s meetings; and hosted the annual cocktail reception and networking event.
The focus of Eric’s practice is representing high net worth individuals, families and their businesses for operation and succession planning, trusts, estate planning and tax matters. He counsels his clients on various estate and wealth planning strategies, using trusts designed to achieve tax savings and other client goals.
