Sports Facility Leasing

Doug Tibble led our team in assisting our client in its long-term lease of newly constructed out-of-state youth and team sports complex with both indoor venues and outdoor artificial turf fields. Our client will be responsible for the facility and its year-round use. The lease included addressing licensing, sub-leasing and advertising/sponsorship opportunities for our client. This facility will expand our client’s national youth sports footprint on the east coast.
