Doug Tibble led our team in representing our client in acquiring a former family held retail business using seller financing and leasing its space from the same family that owns the building. Although our client had been in the industry for a number of years working for a competitor, this opportunity was too good to pass up, particularly since his former employer had balked on selling our client any ownership.
