Eric Wilen will join a distinguished panel of trust and estate attorneys and bank legal counsel from the CIBC Bank for a panel discussion entitled “Why Won’t the Bank Accept My Client’s Power of Attorney? Understanding the Issues Facing Trust and Estate Lawyers and Bank Attorneys”, presented by the Illinois Bar Association on November 14, 2023. The panel will address the issues bankers and trust officers face when confronted with various versions of a power of attorney and how to streamline acceptance and use.
